Description
Anoectochilus is a genus in the family Orchidaceae, consisting of about 50 species. Orchids of the genus is often called the jewel orchid ("Jewel Orchids") due to an attractive appearance.

Distribution
This orchid plants spread from the Himalayan region to tropical and subtropical regions of Asia, South China, Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands, to grow in a shady moist area.
